All the team news ahead of Scunthorpe United v Northampton Town

Midfielder Matt Crooks is available for Saturday's game at Glanford Park but striker Kevin van Veen, who joined the Cobblers from Scunthorpe in January, is rated as 50/50.

Right-back Shay Facey (hamstring) is again expected to miss out with Hildeberto Pereira set to serve a one-match ban. The on-loan winger was shown a second yellow card following the final whistle on Tuesday night.

"Matt has been struggling a little bit with his hamstring but he will be fine for Saturday," confirmed boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

"From Saturday to Saturday he is fine but it would have been a big risk to play him on Tuesday night because he needs a bit more recovery time.

"Kevin is 50/50, he had a dead leg after the game at Wimbledon and his knee also flared up a little bit. The swelling is down but we will have to wait and see for Saturday.

"Shay is back in training but he's not ready yet. Hopefully he will be back for Oxford."
